All levels can earn the rockers around the Zombie center patch, but the older you are, the more steps are required to earn the patch.

Four steps are available this rocker:

2. Emergency Phone Call Practice (Brownies stop here)
3. No Phones? No Problem (Juniors stop here)
4. Weather Alert (Cadette, Seniors, Ambassadors, and Adults stop here)
