This leader’s guide is full of information on how to lead young scouts.
Beginning of the Book
There are things like charts comparing 5 vs 6 year old scouts in physical, mental, emotional, and social fields. There are tips and tricks on how to handle Daisy level scouts. Help on how to plan a meeting (using the 1980s original program that had no badges) and what leaders need to do to be successful.
Here is an excerpt of the 5 Vs 6 years old charts and a summary of some of the tips.
The book gives suggestions on what to do for activities in the meeting. They break the ideas up into the 5 Worlds the 1980s program worked in.
