This is not an official GSUSA Badge. This is an interpretation by The Badge Archive on how to combine the requirements for Daisy Promise Center – Girl Scout Promise and Brownie Girl Scout Way.
What is this badge about?
Learn about Girl Scout traditions and songs, have fun with the Girl Scout Promise, and celebrate Juliette/Daisy’s birthday.
Our Summary* of Requirements:
- Practice singing (learn 3 new songs, learn an action song, make your own song).
- Celebrate Oct 31, JGL Birthday (party, card to a Daisy troop, or birthday message that mimics JGL’s message to scouts).
- Connect with Girl Scout Sisters with a game or activity about the Girl Scout Promise.
- Choose one way to leave a place (room/home, meeting place, school) better than you found it and do it.
- Learn or experience the history of Girl Scouts (talk to an adult who was a scout, compare stories in older handbooks to current ones, or make up a story of current brownie characters).
* – This summary is based off the GSUSA booklet activity choices and official requirements of the badges being combined.
