What is this badge about?

Keep your online information safe with passwords, information sharing rules, knowing about metadata, and who to trust. Then create a visual digital footprint.

Our Summary* of Requirements:

  1. Create a safe Username and Password.
  2. Know the rules on how to know who to trust online.
  3. Learn how to read a user agreement.
  4. Learn what metadata is and how to protect yours.
  5. Learn what Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is, how information posted online can never be truly deleted, and how to keep PII safe.
  6. Find out what personal info your apps store and learn how to keep the important stuff safe. This inventory is a visual digital footprint to realize how much your online profile tells about yourself.
