Activity Description: Youth find shared traits or interests to build connections.
Items Needed:
- None (just the group and their creativity!)
Instructions:
- Have youth sit in a circle.
- The leader starts by standing up and sharing a few things about themselves (e.g., “I have a dog”).
- When a youth hears something they have in common with the leader, they stand up and take the leader’s place.
- The new leader shares something about themselves (e.g., “I have blue eyes”).
- Repeat the process until everyone has had a turn to share and take the leader’s place.
