Our Summary* of requirements:
- Record something about yourself (hair/eye color, favorites, what makes you feel happy/hungry/tired/nervous/sad/angry/thirsty, OR how are you unique) and share.
- Try a new healthy habit (3 new foods, 3 types of exercises, OR a week of no sweetened soda/juice).
- Learn a body fact (why tummies might hurt, why are temps high/low, OR how does the body make it’s own bandages).
- Find one way to create happiness when feeling down (happy box, track feelings, OR movement for 5 minutes).
- Meet a someone trained in healthcare (doctor, dentist, optometrist, nurse, counselor, EMT, OR firefighter).
