First, Read the Information You Need:
A personal First Aid Kit is different than a normal First Aid Kit. Personal means it’s for you or hold things that you personally can use on others. If you only know how to disinfect a wound and bandage it, you wouldn’t have as many things as someone that also knows how to splint a sprained wrist or ankle.
