Fulfills Step 3 of GSUSA Brownie My Best Self badge requirements.
Brownie My Best Self GSUSA Booklet asks the Brownies to learn a Health Fact and suggests three topics. Pick one and ensure the scouts understand the fact.

Why Tummies Might Hurt: Sometimes, tummies hurt because we ate too much or ate something that didn’t agree with us. Other times, it might be because we need to go to the bathroom, or we have a tummy bug. Resting, drinking water, and eating healthy foods can help our tummies feel better.
Why Temperatures Are High or Low: Our body temperature can change for different reasons. When we have a fever, our body is fighting off germs, so our temperature goes up. When we’re cold, our body tries to keep us warm by shivering. Wearing the right clothes and staying hydrated helps our body stay at a healthy temperature.
How the Body Makes Its Own Bandages: When we get a cut, our body works to heal it. Blood cells called platelets come to the cut and stick together to form a clot. This clot is like a natural bandage that stops the bleeding. Then, the skin starts to grow back and cover the cut, making it all better.
