What is this badge about?

Build and design a website with digital content.

Our Summary* of requirements:

  1. Think of a topic for your website (GS Adventure, TAP, Journey, Volunteer organization, Hobby, or Extracurricular group).
  2. Look at different webhosting (bandwidth, storage space, cost) OR talk to a blogger/webmaster about their hosting experience, OR teach yourself a skill on how to build the website from scratch.
  3. Talk to an expert about web building (mentor, class, or a gathering of others passionate about your topic).
  4. Create content for the website (blog post, lead story, OR photo gallery with captions).
  5. Drive traffic to the website after it is live (social network, launch party, OR link to other sites and request link backs in return).
