What is this badge about?
Plan and redesign a space by painting something, making something with sewing or glue, build something, and refurbish, repurpose, repair, refinish, OR reupholster something.

Our Summary* of requirements:
- Pick a space to improve and gather ideas (inspiration board, shadow an interior designer, attend a decorating class, OR examine a specific culture’s design ideas).
- Paint something in the area or that will go in the area (a wall, furniture, shelves, molding, window frame, or lamp base).
- Create something for the area by sewing or gluing (curtains, table runner, wall hanging, throw rug, pillow cover, or duvet cover).
- Refurbish, repurpose, repair, refinish, OR reupholster something (switch up hardware on a dresser, dye a curtain or bedspread, reuse something in a new way, change an old door into a table, chalkboard/dry-erase paint on a surface, make a shelf, repair a chair, use wood putty to fill in holes in furniture, OR repair a broken shelf/drawer).
- Build a new item for the area (bench, desk, side table, headboard, picture frame, framed mirror, room divider, magazine rack, coat rack, candle/jewelry holder, vase, bowl, planter, sculpture, basket, window box, make a table from an old sled, shelves made of books, OR curtain rod from a ski).
