- Decide if you are trail running or hiking.
Hiking – Play fun game on hiking trail
Trail Running – Jog around your neighborhood, in a park, or on a trail - Learn safety rules and train for your adventure (breathing exercises, stretching muscles).
- Do the a jog/hike and have fun while doing so or bring a new friend along.
