Released in 2011 but is considered part of the 2011 Girl’s Guide. The Senior page has information on when all badges were released.
What is this badge about?
Make and follow a two month long plan that does three activities (stretching/flexibility, cardio, AND toning) every week.

Our Summary* of requirements:
- Decide on a cross-training goal (get advice from a professional, get evaluated, OR create a fitness statement).
- Add a 15 minute stretching/flexibility exercise to your training schedule (ask an expert, take a yoga or Pilates class, or research how to warm up and safely stretch).
- Add a 30 minute cardio part to your training schedule (add something that gets your heartrate up, take a free course at your community center or gym, OR mix up what you do each day or week).
- Add a 15 minute toning exercise to your training schedule (ask an expert, do a circuit at a gym, OR research five body-weight exercises AND five free weight exercises that will help you meet your goal).
- Do the two month training schedule according to GSUSA’s Tips Before Takeoff AND one activity to stay motivated (chart your progress, work with a partner, OR plan to teach someone else).
