Released in 2021 but is considered part of the 2011 Girl’s Guide. Replaced Customer Loyalty (now retired) as the new Year 2 Cookie Business badge. The Senior page has information on when all badges were released.

What is this badge about?

Practice cookie sales, set a cookie-selling goal using SMART, make a sales plan, and have customer practice or interaction.

Our Summary* of requirements:

  1. Know the cookie flavors, facts, rewards, what’s new this season, marketing tools available, etc. (create a video, host a rally, attend a training session).
  2. Learn what SMART is and apply it to the troop sales goal.
  3. Make a plan for selling this year (brainstorm, talk to a professional, use data).
  4. Create a targeted video or multiple sales pitches.
  5. Learn more about customers (research, feedback) OR create something (poster, graphic, video, presentation) to connect with customers.
