Released in 2020 but is considered part of the 2011 Girl’s Guide. Replaced Entrepreneur (now retired) as the Cadette level Entrepreneur badge. The Cadette page has information on when all badges were released.
What is this badge about?
Think of a business idea, make a prototype, learn how to pitch the idea, AND make a business plan.

Our Summary* of requirements:
- Come up with an idea that helps solve an issue by researching issues that interest you, finding a product/service/tech solution that can help a community issue, OR talking to an experienced person at an organization that makes a difference.
- Get feedback for your idea from a panel of at least 5 people, a survey of at least 10 people, OR use SWOT to analyze feedback from five people.
- Make one change to your idea based on research from competitors, someone who is related to the issue your idea helps, OR advice from a business professional.
- Create a business plan for your idea with the help of a mentor OR write it yourself and get feedback from an expert or possible investor.
- Create a pitch for someone to invest in your idea and pitch it to friends/family, a possible investor, OR a non-profit organization/advocacy group that could use your idea.
