What is this badge about?
Go on three nature walks or runs on a trail.

Our Summary* of requirements:
- Decide if you are trail running or hiking, AND what three hikes to take if you are hiking.
Hiking – Go on 3 different types of hikes
Trail Running – Go on 3 trail runs for at least 20 minutes each - Pick the place you will take your three runs/hikes AND what budget you need.
- Make a gear list for your run/hike after researching what you need.
- Practice by trying running/hiking, talking to a coach/expert, OR doing visualization exercises.
- Do the three runs/hikes AND have fun while doing so.
