Replaced Flower Friends as the new petal requirements.

What is this badge about?

Learn how to create change and practice making your community and environment better.

Petal requirements were updated in summer 2022. Many online resources still follow the retired requirements. Troops may continue using the old requirements, but GSUSA prefers that new requirements be used going forward.
