Scouts are called Trailmen in Trail Life USA.
Founded in 2013. Partnered with American Heritage Girls

A Trail Life Troop is a locally charted group containing all units and age groups. Units have specific age groups called Age Groups. Age Groups then have Patrols, 10-15 boys led by registered adult leaders.
Units
- Woodlands Trail (Ages 5-10)
- Navigators (Ages 11-13)
- Adventurers (Ages 14-17)
- Guidon (Ages 18-25)
Trailman Oath
On my honor, I will do my best
To serve God and my country;
To respect authority;
To be a good steward of creation;
And to treat others as I want to be treated.
The Six Program Emphases are:
- Leadership
- Teamwork
- Character
- Wisdom
- Heritage
- Faith
Meetings should all contain the 6 F’s:
- Focus – academic or instructional element
- Fingers – hands on learning
- Fun – games or physical activity
- Family – family emphasis for the principle taught
- Forest Badge – which Branch taught and Leaves earned
- Faith – corresponding biblical truths, values, and wisdom
