Ages 14-17.
A First Officer and Second Officer (Trailman, not an adult) and members plan meetings and activities. Patrol Leaders are elected to run each Patrol.
The Trail Guide or Trailmaster (adults) should only be involved when youth leaders are not making “satisfactory progress”. When possible, adult leaders only interfere to guide and back up the Patrol Leader.
