Instructions

    • Scouts discuss what pets need to feel comfortable and safe while resting. Pets sleep better when they have soft, warm, and clean sleeping areas.
  2. Learn How to Make a Pet Bed:
    • Have a guest expert demonstrate how to set up a cozy sleeping space for a pet using simple materials.
  3. Scouts Create Their Own:
    • Scouts take turns designing and assembling a sleeping nook using blankets, a box, or a basket.
  4. Reflect on Pet Comfort:
    • Was making a pet’s space easier or harder than expected?
    • Discuss how clean bedding and a quiet spot help pets feel safe.
