Items Needed:

• A stack of sticky notes (same color) for each scout
• Pen or Pencils

Instructions (Estimated Time: 20–25 minutes):

1. Presentation Time (10–12 minutes)
   • Each scout (or group) takes turns presenting what needs feedback.
   • While watching, each listening scout writes:
     • One sticky note that says something they liked
     • One sticky note with a kind suggestion for improvement
   • Notes go into a “Like” pile and an “Improve” pile for the presenter without being read right away.
2. Silent Feedback Review (5–7 minutes)
   • After all scouts have presented, each scout (or group) looks through their sticky note piles.
   • Scouts look for patterns:
     • What was liked by many people?
     • What suggestions were repeated for improvement?
3. Share One Keep + One Improve (5–6 minutes)
   • Each scout shares one thing they plan to keep in what needed feedback (something people liked), and one thing they would improve if they did it again (from the improvement pile).
