- Speaker or headphones
- Comfortable clothes and shoes for movement
- Open space indoors or outdoors
- Paper or journal
- Pen or pencil
Instructions (Total Estimated Time: 20–25 minutes)
- Choose a Safe Workout Video (2–3 minutes)
- Select a kid-friendly video. Solo scouts can choose their favorite. Troops may vote on one to follow together.
- Prepare for Movement (2–3 minutes)
- Clear space for movement and wear comfortable clothes
- Have water nearby and stretch briefly before starting
- Follow the Video Workout (15–20 minutes)
- Play the video and follow along with the exercises
- Scouts should try their best and take breaks if needed
- Focus on breathing, effort, and how the body feels during movement
- Reflect on the Experience (3–5 minutes)
- Scouts write or discuss:
- How did you feel before the workout?
- How did your body feel after?
- Did your heart rate or breathing change?
- What moves did you enjoy most?
- Remember that regular movement builds endurance and helps scouts reach their goals
