Items Needed
- Small themed bags (e.g., fabric, paper, or reusable gift bags)
- Badges earned by each scout
- Name tags or labels
- Marker or pen
- (Optional) Small tokens or treats (e.g., stickers, erasers, candy)
- (Optional) Ribbon or string (for decoration)
Instructions
- Choose themed bags that match your troop’s style or event. For example, use bags in your troop colors or with scout-themed designs.
- Organize the badges earned by each scout, ensuring accuracy for each individual.
- (Optional) Include small tokens or treats in each bag to make the presentation extra special. This is optional but adds a nice touch.
- Write each scout’s name on a name tag or directly on the bag to avoid mix-ups. Attach the tag securely with tape or ribbon.
- Carefully put each scout’s badges inside their labeled bag. Ensure they are neat and protected from damage.
- (Optional) Tie ribbons or string to the bag handles for a decorative touch. Add stickers or drawings if desired.
- Hand out the badge bags during a meeting or ceremony. Take a moment to acknowledge each scout’s accomplishments as they receive their bag.
