- Copies of the Beauty Icon Bio format for reference (From previous activity about Beauty Icons, or print your own from the Beauty Icon Bio page).
- “My Beauty Icon Bio” worksheet or blank paper.
- Pens or pencils.
- (Optional) Art supplies for drawings or flair.
- (Optional) Printed examples of historical bios for style reference.
Instructions (Estimated Total Time: 25–30 min):
- Introduce the idea of becoming a future beauty icon (5–7 min).
- Scouts reflect on what they’d want to be admired for if someone made a bio about them 50 years from now.
- This can include appearance, style, personality, values, or how they treat others.
- Fill out the “My Beauty Icon Bio” worksheet (10–12 min).
- Scouts write their icon name (can be real or imagined).
- Fill in short sections:
