Instructions (Estimated Total Time: 18-20 minutes):
1. Set the Stage: What is Shark Tank? (2–3 minutes)

- Each round should take no more than 3 minutes total:
- 1 minute for the scout to deliver their pitch using their ad poster

Tip for Judges:
Give feedback like a kind investor—try:
- “What I loved about your idea was…”
- “Have you thought about adding…”
- “This could be super helpful for…”
Leader Role:
Float between groups to help with timing, keep energy high, and ensure all feedback is kind and constructive.
4. Quick Debrief (1–2 minutes)
- Ask scouts:
- “What was fun about being a judge?”
- “What was exciting (or hard) about giving your pitch?”
- Celebrate the creativity and courage on display!
