Items Needed:

• Blank index cards or cardstock pieces
• Stickers
• Markers or crayons
• (Optional) Glue and magazine cutouts
• (Optional) Envelopes or small boxes for storage

Instructions (Estimated Total Time: 20 min):

1. Give each scout several blank cards to decorate. (3 min)
   • Use markers or crayons to add backgrounds or borders.
   • (Optional) Use glue to add magazine cutouts or paper shapes.
2. Choose stickers to place on each card. (5 min)
   • Stickers can show characters, objects, or scenes.
   • Encourage variety across cards.
3. Add drawings or words to help tell a story. (5 min)
   • Scouts can write short captions or speech bubbles.
   • (Optional) Number the cards to show story order.
4. Mix up the cards and retell the story in a new order. (3 min)
   • Scouts can swap cards with others or create silly versions.
   • (Optional) Use cards to play a matching or memory game.
5. Store the finished cards in a safe place. (4 min)
   • (Optional) Use envelopes or boxes to keep sets together.
   • Cards can be reused for future storytelling or games.
