Items Needed:

• Paper plate
• Pencil with eraser
• Scissors
• Tape or glue
• Markers or crayons
• (Optional) Stickers or small decorations

Instructions (Estimated Total Time: 18 min):

1. Decorate the paper plate with colors, patterns, or designs. (5 min)
   • (Optional) Add stickers or small decorations to make it unique.
2. Use scissors to carefully poke a small hole in the center of the plate. (3 min)
   • Make sure the hole is just big enough for the pencil to fit through.
3. Push the pencil through the center hole until the eraser touches the bottom of the plate. (3 min)
   • The plate should sit flat and spin easily.
4. Use tape or glue to hold the plate in place if it wobbles too much. (4 min)
5. Spin the plate by twisting the pencil between your fingers. (1 min)
   • Try different designs to see how they look while spinning.
