Juniors and Cadettes can work well together.
This is especially true for fifth-grade Juniors who are eager to engage with middle school concepts and look up to the older scouts. Cadettes who first start middle school are often overwhelmed by the new responsibilities and routine of middle school. The enthusiasm and admiration of the 5th graders help with the transition.
