- Craft materials for prototypes (cardboard, paper, tape, glue, scissors, string, etc.)

Instructions (Estimated Total Time: 40–50 minutes):
- Explore Role Models (5–7 minutes)
- Scouts read or listen to the chosen Inspiring Entrepreneurs handout to learn how young inventors and changemakers created real products to solve everyday problems.
- Brainstorm an Idea (5–7 minutes)
- Scouts think about their own lives (at home, outside, or in their community). They brainstorm an idea that could make something easier, safer, or more fun.
- Build a Prototype (10–15 minutes)
- Using their idea, scouts create a prototype. It can be a drawing or a 3D model using available craft supplies. Remind them that prototypes are meant to show an idea. It is not supposed to be perfect!
- Share and Get Feedback (10–12 minutes)
- Scouts pair up and use the Getting Feedback handout to present their invention to a buddy.
- Improve Your Idea (5–7 minutes)
- Scouts think about the suggestions they received and decide if they want to change or improve their prototype. They can revise their drawing, make small updates, or just write down what they would change.
- Reflect (3–5 minutes)
- Scouts share what they learned from the process:

- What feedback helped most
- What they changed or might still work on
