Items Needed
- Yellow crepe paper roll for each scout
Instructions
- Pair up the participants.
- Set a timer and have one partner tangle the other in yellow crepe paper as much as possible within the time limit.
- Judges decide who is the most tangled after the timer ends.
- Switch roles and repeat the process with the other partner.
