Items Needed
- Two hats (one for each team)

Instructions
- Divide scouts into two equal teams and have them form two separate circles.
- Give one hat to a scout in each circle. Scouts must pass the hat around their circle, from head to head, without using their hands.
- The first team to successfully pass the hat all the way around their circle wins the game.
Variations
- Inner and Outer Circles: Create an inner circle with fewer scouts and an outer circle with more scouts. The outer circle must work harder to pass the hat and try to beat the smaller, faster inner circle.
- Timed Rounds: Instead of a race, set a timer and see how many times each team can pass the hat around their circle within a set amount of time.
- Reverse Pass: After completing one round, have scouts reverse the direction and pass the hat back the other way.
