Items Needed
- Blindfolds (one for each team)
- Two objects to serve as targets (e.g., stuffed animals)
- Various items to act as “mines” (e.g., sticks, backpacks, Frisbees, etc.)
- Space for a “minefield” (around 25 yards from the starting line to the target)

Instructions
- Divide the group into teams. Each team selects one Scout to be blindfolded.
- Place the target objects 25 yards away from the starting line. Scatter “mines” between the starting line and the target. Adjust the number of mines based on the Scouts’ age and ability.
- On “Go!” teams verbally guide their blindfolded Scout through the minefield to the target.
- If a blindfolded Scout touches a mine, they must return to the starting line and try again.
- Teams must stay behind the starting line throughout the game.
- The first team to successfully guide their blindfolded Scout to retrieve the target wins.
