Items Needed
- None (just the group and their creativity!)
Instructions
- Scouts line up with enough space between them to crouch comfortably.
- The first Scout crouches in a low position resembling a “frog,” with their hands on their knees or the ground.
- The Scout behind them leaps over by placing their hands lightly on the crouching Scout’s back and propelling themselves forward.
- After jumping, the Scout crouches ahead to become the next “frog.”
- The next Scout in line jumps over them, and the sequence continues until everyone has had a turn.
Variations
- Speed Jump: Make it competitive by timing how fast Scouts can leap over a line of frogs, or add fun challenges like hopping farther distances.
