Items Needed
- A ball or other small object (the “hot potato”)
- Music source or someone to sing

Instructions
- Scouts stand in a circle with one Scout holding the “hot potato.”
- Play or sing music while the Scouts pass the hot potato around the circle.
- When the music stops, the Scout holding the hot potato is out.
- Continue playing, removing one Scout each round, until only one Scout remains.
- Optional: Spread the circle out after each round to make passing more challenging.
