Brainstorming – Group List

Items Needed:

  • Blank paper or notebook
  • Pens or pencils
  • Optional: Whiteboard or large paper for displaying the list

Instructions:

  1. Brainstorm Problems: Ask scouts to look around the meeting space, school, home, neighborhood, or even think about global issues, and identify problems they notice (e.g., “people feeling lonely” or “forgetting their lunch”).
  2. Share Ideas: Scouts share the problems they’ve observed with the group.
  3. Create a List: The leader writes down all the shared problems on a whiteboard or large paper where everyone can see.
  4. Reflect Together: Discuss how identifying problems can lead to finding solutions and making a positive impact.
