Hold a Girl Leadership Position for at least 4 months as a Pioneer
Complete one badge from each Badge Frontier

Complete one year of Faith Award programming
Complete at least 15 hours of service every year you were a Pioneer
Plan, prepare, and run a Troop/Community activity/event for a minimum of ten hours time commitment as a Pioneer. Complete the Harriet Tubman Level Award Planning Guide in the handbook._{(Or AHG Official Requirements – Page 18-20)}
Create a recruitment video/news article to share with your Charter Organization, AHG, or within your program level.
Attend one AHG event every year you were a Pioneer
Tent/Primitive Camp for two nights as a Pioneer
Visit an Patriot Unit for one meeting in your final year as a Pioneer
Participate in a Board of Review
