Fulfills Step 1 of GSUSA Daisy Petal – Considerate and Caring badge requirements.

Items Needed:

• A printed copy of the scavenger hunt list or a blank sheet of paper to write down the tasks.
  • For Kindergarten and 1st Graders – Kindness at Home Scavenger Hunt list
  • For Scouts – Kindness at Home Scavenger Hunt list
  • For Teens – Kindness at Home Scavenger Hunt list
  • Blank Scavenger Hunt
• A pencil, crayon, or marker to circle the completed items.

Instructions:

1. Use the scavenger hunt list or write down your own list of kindness task on a blank sheet of paper.
2. Challenge the scouts to complete as many tasks as they can between now and the next meeting. For each task they complete, they get to circle it.
3. Check back the next meeting to see how many each scout was able to accomplish. Encourage the kids to share their favorite kindness moment from the scavenger hunt at the end. Keep it light and fun—praise every effort they make, no matter how small!
