The Badge Archive’s At Home Overview gives one way for an independent scout to earn the badge on their own without a troop.
- For pre-planned meeting plans by others – see the Uniquely Us page.
- To choose your own activities – see the Uniquely Us Activity List

Step 1 – Explore what makes your body unique by trying physical talents and celebrate what it can do (write OR share).
Do a Thanks Me page on your own.
Step 2 – Practice self-kindness (sharing compliments OR writing self-affirmations) and avoiding the comparison trap.
Use an Affirmation Jar for at least one week.
Step 3 – Explore beyond your body on what makes you who you are, like kindness, creativity, and personality (personal posters OR non-physical “superpower”).
Complete the Non-physical Superpower on your own.
Step 4 – Learn how to speak kindly about yourself, set clear boundaries, and use words to show respect for your body and others (role-play OR body appreciation circle).
Follow the Solo Positive Body Part Talk activity.
Step 5 – Celebrate how each person is one-of-a-kind while exploring the ways we’re all connected (All About Me collage OR Web of Connections).
Make an All About Me Collage on your own.
