Our Summary* of requirements:
- Explore what makes your body unique by trying physical talents and celebrate what it can do (write OR share).
- Practice self-kindness (sharing compliments OR writing self-affirmations) and avoiding the comparison trap.
- Explore beyond your body on what makes you who you are, like kindness, creativity, and personality (personal posters OR non-physical “superpower”).
- Learn how to speak kindly about yourself, set clear boundaries, and use words to show respect for your body and others (role-play OR body appreciation circle).
- Celebrate how each person is one-of-a-kind while exploring the ways we’re all connected (All About Me collage OR Web of Connections).
