This badge should go where #16 is stated on the GSUSA Uniform Guide. Vests have all skill-based badges on only the council ID set side.
Note – Progressive Badges (Robotics, Coding, and Cybersecurity) do not have to be displayed in a specific order, just earned in a specific order. You can either place them on the uniform so they are together in the order earned, or you can simply place them on uniform as you earn them and do not worry about saving room for the future progressive badges in that set. Some troops may earn them out of the recommended order – and that is allowed.
D/B/J also has the Automotive progressive set, but C/S/A does not as of 2025.

There are some badge trios in the D/B/J levels that look like progressive, but are not. They are all stand alone skill base badges that can be earned in any order.
Nature Trio: Design in Nature, Numbers in Nature, and Shapes in Nature.
Art Trio: Art and Design, Create and Innovate, and Craft and Tinker.
C/S/A levels do not have these as of 2025.
Sashes
Badges and pins on the front of a sash simply go in order (top of sash to bottom of sash) of Identification badges, bridging badge, pins, journeys, and other badges.
Anything that does not fit on the front can be placed on the back of the sash, official badges included. Fun Patches are traditionally placed on the back of the uniform, but sashes will not hold a lot of badges and official badges are often needed to be placed on the back.
Vests are recommended if you plan to earn a lot of badges, but you can opt to place fun patches on a tote/bag, jacket, or blanket and leave the entire sash open for only official badges.
Future Ambassador Badges
If you are using the same tan vest from Cadette level and plan to continue wearing it during Ambassador level – be aware that the Cadette badges go below the Senior and Ambassador badges. Place the Cadette badges on the bottom hem line of the vest and work upwards as you age through the levels. The Ambassador level badges will be on the top row.
