Field Trips
Make sure all requirements are met when going or have a pre-field trip meeting to hit the requirements.
- Police Station
- Fire Station
- Veterinarian Office
- Urgent Care/Hospital/Doctor’s Office
Guest Speakers
Make sure all requirements are met when there are there or have a meeting before or after the guest speaker to hit the requirements.
- Policeman visit – talk about all the ways the police are friendly and helpful to our community.
- Police dog visit – talk about all the ways the dog is friendly and helpful to our community.
- Anyone in the Service Industry – talk about how they are friendly and helpful to not just their customers but anyone that they meet while at work.
- Talk to someone who has a job that helps your community – ask them to explain how their job helps the community and why they chose their particular job. Encourage your troop to ask how they can help out in their community
