Released in 2022 but is considered part of the 2011 Girl’s Guide. Replaced Good Credit (retired) as the new Year 2 Financial Literacy badge. The Ambassador page has information on when all badges were released.

Plan future living expenses, track spending habits, learn about investing, and find ways to share with others and make a difference through your time, talent, or resources.

Our Summary* of requirements:
- Prepare for moving by exploring expenses and planning your future living arrangements (Log expenses, talk to a new renter/home owner, OR make a list for your dream place).
- Track spending habits (monthly spending personal or troop spending) OR use a budget calculator/worksheet to plan your first year after high school.
- Learn how investing and wealth building can create stability and help you achieve your goals with one activity (create an investment model with an online tracker, play an online stock market game, watch videos about diversification, OR explore two wealth stories AND analyze what they did right and wrong).
- Learn how to make informed investment decisions and understand the protections available to investors (research how the government protects investors with common securities and insider trading, identify red flags of investment fraud by talking to a professional or online research, OR verify credentials of local investment advisors with background checks through trusted sources).
- Find ways to share with others and make a difference through your time, talent, or resources (Learn tax-deductible donations and creative ways to contribute to a charity of choice, calculate annual gift spending with creative alternative options, OR explore careers in charitable organizations).
