Step 1 – Explore the body-mind connection

Move or relax for 20-30 minutes AND reflect how caring for your body through movement or relaxation can positively affect your thoughts, feelings, and overall mental well-being.

Build a personalized wellness routine by adding short, meaningful breaks and self-care moments into your daily schedule.

Step 3 – Move it outdoors

Scouts discover how outdoor movement (Active Service or Meditation) can support personal wellness and help them reconnect with nature and purpose.

Step 4 – Be mindful

Do a mindfulness activity (Body Scan Meditation, Yoga, Tai Chi, or Qigong) to notice what you’re feeling in the moment and take positive action to support your wellness

Explore how caring for your mental health supports your physical well-being and practice to strengthen both (Creative Art Therapy or Stress Reduction Techniques).
