The Badge Archive’s At Home Overview gives one way for an independent scout to earn the badge on their own without a troop.

Step 1 – Dance to music (freely OR learning steps from different cultures) AND discover how rhythm and creativity can bring joy to everyone.

Make a Dance Feelings Card.

Step 2 – Explore movement and nature through an outdoor activity (gardening movements OR animal Simon says).

Try the Solo Scout Garden Exploration activity.

Step 3 – Explore how your body moves in different ways, using big actions like jumping or running and small actions like drawing or blinking.

Follow the Solo Scout Movements activity.
