Can be earned as a single badge or as part of the Brownie Outdoor Journey set. (Journeys retire in Oct 2026.)
What is this badge about?
Get ready for a camping trip, learn outdoor skills, and camp overnight.
Choose your own activities!
Our Summary* of requirements:
- Talk to someone (experience camper or camp good store) or do research online.
- Practice packing your gear before the trip.
- Make one meal (no-cook, one pot, or something new).
- Learn a camp skill (i.e. fire building or knot tying).
- Camp and have fun (play a game, take a hike, have a bridging ceremony).
