Snow – Learn the skills you need for cross-country skiing, then go skiing on a trail.
Climbing – Learn rock-climbing skills on an artificial climbing wall (indoors or outdoors) - Find out how to prepare for a trip (research or talk to an expert).
- Learn what gear you need and what it’s for.
- Prepare and stay safe (do yoga, speak to an expert, or mentally go through the steps).
- Go and have fun (play games while doing so or record your journey through a journal or video).
