Step 1 – Learn about how different types of vehicles are used for different tasks.
Follow How People Move activity.
Step 2 – Learn what design features are.
Follow Vehicle Parts activity.
Step 3 – Learn how to get feedback from future customers.
Find a partner to ask questions for the Customer Guided Design activity.
Step 4 – Make a sketch of the vehicle you would want to make.
Draw a design for a Paper Vehicle Design.
Step 5 – Make a model of the vehicle you sketched using anything (clay, playdough, tinfoil, paper, LEGOs, etc.)
Cut out your Paper Vehicle Design and assemble it with glue or tape to make a 3D model.
