Released in 2011 and retired in 2022. It is still considered part of the 2011 GSUSA Program. The Daisy Page has information on when all badges were released and retired.
Replaced by the Promise Center – Girl Scout Promise.

Hearing and saying the Girl Scout Promise.

- It is not the official badge, but Joy of Patches created a similar blue circle square when many troops had extra petals without a center. They do not produce matching petal shapes, those are only available as part of the official set or through Facebook GS buy/sell groups.
